Jennie Abrahamson

My birthday has fructified from an unexpected direction. My mother has sent me a package for my birthday which I wasn’t able to pick up until yesterday. Unpacking it I found a CD from Jennie Abrahamson and I started wondering about the taste of music my mother seemed to has developed recently. Then I remembered: I wrote a comment about an Ane Brun concert I was visiting and one of the previous acts was Jennie Abrahamson. I’ve totally forgotten about this, since I wasn’t able to buy a proper CD here, only MP3 was available.

I was listening yesterday for hours to that CD. While busy with the music I wanted to get the lyrics, but the almighty Internet didn’t support me with these. I guess if an artists isn’t popular enough, you’ll not find lyrics about him/her. But here the advantage of a physical CD helped me out: The booklet contained all the lyrics I was looking for, lovingly designed and printed, with ornaments and everything. HAH! Any other comments about buying MP3 files?
