New installation

It was about time. Time to reinstall the netbook and to get rid of the windows/Linux installation mess and to install something proper: Just Linux. More precisely: Easy Peasy. I was a bit surprised to find a more or less basic Ubuntu under it, but instead of Gnome, they sponsored another Interface for it. Does it matter?

No. I’ll try it for a while, see how it works (despite some trouble to get it reliable up and running after the first initial upgrades/updates) and if I can work with it. If not - well then the next TLS version of the next Ubuntu (10.04 LTS) is coming out quite soon.
