Berlintour

There it was time again for a quick tour to Germany last weekend.

No special reason other than just enjoyment and entertainment.

Chameleon

One of the main reasons to go to Berlin. Whenever I’m in Berlin, I try to schedule a visit here. The show changes all couple of months and is new every time. Since I’m not coming to often to the city, it’s perfect for me.

The tickets aren’t necessarily what you’d call cheap, but the service is excellent and you don’t have to be a native German speaker at all to enjoy the experience. Probably most of the artists isn’t that either. Fell welcome.

Tao

We found that Tao place on the way to another sushi place. The music is shit, but the sushi is great. Huge portions. We’ve ordered only four pieces from the menu and couldn’t finish it.

Hotel Castell

Cheap place to stay over night. Nothing special there. The breakfast is below standard, but eat-able. The rooms are clean and the internet is stable. Guess that’s all you want, isn’t it?

Cafe Einstein

The opposite breakfast you get here. It takes a moment to get here and you might not even find it right away, but there’s probably no better place to have a breakfast than this place.

Zum Patzenhofer

Old, german-fashion Kneipe. From the entrance to the exit all old wood. Reasonable food menu, quite big portions. You get your Schnitzel here…

Rosalyn

The biggest cakes we found in town. Insanely huge and good tasting. Nice and quick service and while all the other places were completely full with people: here were still some chairs available.

Mauerpark

At one point on the former border between west and east-Berlin a flee market has been set up. Once a week, on Sundays.

Der Mauerpark has everything you could ask for. Besides the typical market trash, you also get coffee, waffles and other good food.

Conrad

Electronic-nerd-Shop as it’s finest. From small electronic elements to fully equipped drones. There’s not much more you can ask for…

KaDeWe

The place to drop the women woman when going down to Conrad. But be careful: don’t leave you credit-card unattended!

v.Kloeden

This is officially the best toy-store I’ve been in so far. Not all the cheap plastic rubbish that breaks after five-minutes of play, but all the wonderful toys that will last for years and years. I need to go back there…
